The original request for financial assistance still stands. The mechanic who has my wrecked car has quoted a nearly $8000 price for repairs. The accident occurred when the brakes that I had repaired--coincidentally-- failed! The problem with the insurance stems back to the time when I switched insurance providers. The new insurance company did not provide the same coverage I had which I did not find out about until the accident shortly thereafter. The insurance company even cut a check for repairs then put a “stop payment” on it. The mechanic will soon put a lien on the car he warned.
Now I must pay on a loan and pay the damages for a car I can not use. I can not afford a second car due to my credit which was ruined in a nasty, violent divorce/custody battle which began in August 2000. I have spent thousands fighting for my rights and custody of our five children. The ex-husband has with held our children despite court orders. The judge refused to enforce any orders that benefitted me. He created orders based on perjury, no due process, no witnesses or evidence etc. The orders were more detrimental to me & our children. I recused that judge. Recently I was granted partial custody of 2 of our 5 children after the father withheld custody for two years. That is court sanctioned kidnapping!

Shortly after receiving partial custody, I –coincidentally–had the accident.
I now have to share or borrow a car to get to my 3 part time jobs. I am not able to maintain the high work load as when I had my own car. My income has been drastically reduced. Further it is very expensive logging miles to get to & from a borrowed car.
If someone is able to help–there may be a way to get a tax deduction by donating to a non-profit who can then cover the cost of repairs. Or an angel could pay the mechanic directly to ensure honesty.

I have a dream! A dream that I can not pursue if I am stuck at home. Please help Save Our Families–one family at a time. When I get back on my feet, I intend to change & create laws that will prevent this judicial abuse of other families in their most vulnerable moment. We need to put a stop to this court sanctioned domestic violence-or terrorism–if you will. If you can help me get my car on the road again ----I will pursue justice for all.

My "family photo" is of me and all the court documents, transcripts and numerous appeals to both the PA Superior & Supreme Courts and correspondence to lawyers. I am reading the transript of the original Protection From Abuse hearing in which I somehow lost custody--my husband told me he "arranged the divorce!"

My name is Darlene. I was a homemaking mother of five. Then came a violent divorce and custody battle against my then husband whom earned a six figure income.For years I have fought a custody battle for my five children whom the father has held  from me in vioation of the custody orders and proper ethics. I was forced from my children and dream farm. I was placed into sheer poverty overnight. No children, no alimony no financial support!!Suddently trying to work  and fight the court was what I had to do. This has cost me thousands. Six years later-just recently I was awarded some time with two of my five children. My how they have grown up without a Mom! I am broke financially and I am  broken hearted but I wake up every day in hopes of reunifying with my other three whom I miss dearly. I am renting a home and trying to pay the bills but as bad things go I had a  major car accident recently and can not afford to repair that .The cost is almost  $8000. This is due before December 31st or I lose my car. This must get paid to get the car on the road. There is a loan on the car so I am currently paying the monthly loan payments for a car I can not use. Therefore I am borrowing a car to get to work and can't make enough money as when I had my own car fulltime. I am in dire need of  $2000 to pay rent buy, fuel oil and get my possessions out of storage and eleliminate that bill. I do not qualify for any public assistance but my debt is not considered in that denial.

My spirit remains undaunted. My big dream is to have all five children in my home even if it is just one day for one meal.This is not the American Dream asking for money but it is a normal parents dream to be with their children in their home. Help me keep a roof over my head and get the wheels back under me so I can get back to earning  earning a  living. Please! Feel free to forward this to anyone who cares to help.Thank you for your time and concern.
